Scott is a third generation Dentonite, and has been buying and selling real estate since he was 18. He earned his BBA degree in Aministrative Management and Real Estate at The University of North Texas and by the age of 26, he started his own company. In 1992, he opened Scott Brown Properties, and within five years it became the largest residential property management business in Denton County. Scott built that business one investor at a time, with a simple motto, "I will make you more money with less hassle." Today, with hundreds of units under management, Scott continues to prove his motto to his investors. In 1999, Scott started the Real T Team, a full service residential real estate firm. Taking on the big boys such as Keller Williams, ReMax, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker, Scott built the Real T Team into the largest independent sales organization in Denton County, in just two years -- with over 100 agents at its peak. Scott founded his commercial real estate company in 2002. Today, Scott Brown Commercial has the largest commercial agentstaff in Denton County. The company handles a full line of commercial real estate products, including office, retail, industrial, and land. Their services include investment sales, property listings, property management and tenant representation. In 2007, Scott ventured into investment partnerships, pooling capital from high net worth individuals to buy large commercial properties. Since 2007, Scott has raised over $20 million to acquire over $70 million worth of properties. Scott has a proven track record for setting extremely high goals and achieving them. He has consistently found a way to win in real estate with integrity and perseverance. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He attends Cross Timbers Community Church and attributes his successful business and family to the Lord.

Don's experience in deal analysis, financing and deal structuring is a great complement to Scott's expertise in real estate.
Don and Scott teamed up in 2007 when Don was in the real estate lending business with BMC Capital. Don has a background that
is uniquely suited to this business. He received a Master's Degree in Tax Accounting from the University of North Texas and started
his career at Ernst & Young. He then made his way to becoming a CFO/COO with different companies in the Dallas-Forth Worth
area. In 2002, Don left the corporate world to purchase a loan brokerage business. He was successful in that business before
teaming up with Scott in 2007.
Don and Scott were childhood friends and to quote Scott, "I could not have found a better partner than Don Manning. He has been
a very close friend of mine since we were seven years old. His integrity is without question and he has an awesome financial mind."
Don's varied background of tax, accounting, finance, operations, and business ownership has given him a wealth of experience to
draw from when evaluating and structuring deals. Scott and Don work hand in hand throughout every aspect of the deal -- from the
initial interest phase to a thorough evaluation to closing, and then taking care of the property in ownership stage.
Married to wife Suzanne for 20 years; Don has been busy with their seven children Mollie (21), Madeline (16), Macy (15), McKenzie (13), Michael (11), Maddox (7), and McCade (5). Don has faithfully attended Valley Creek Church for 19 years and is currently an elder of that church. As you might expect, he enjoys his family, coaching A LOT of kids' sports teams, and living an active lifestyle.

Tonya grew up in Lewisville and has lived in Denton since 1994. Tonya became a Commercial Property Manager in September 2010 and also handles collections for the commercial accounts. She has worked for Scott since 2006 and was previously the Residential Property Manager as well as Office Manager. Tonya is a team player and enjoys promoting innovation and creativity in the office. Tonya and her husband Terry have raised 4 children and thoroughly enjoy being grandparents to their 5 grandsons. Jennifer was born and raised in Denton. She graduated from UNT with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. Most recently she has taken on the role of Office Manager with her main focus on the Residential leasing department. Jennifer has been with Scott Brown Properties for over 6 years and is dedicated to perfection and is continually working to improve our leasing procedures as well as strengthen relationships with our property owners and tenants. In addition Jennifer is a member of Cross Timber Community Church.

Sharon grew up in Chicago but got to Texas as soon as she could. She and her husband Phil moved to Denton in 1990. Sharon started with Scott Brown Properties in March of 2011. She brings over sixteen years of Property Manager experience with her. Sharon prides herself in developing successful relationships with both the tenants and the property owners. She has 2 daughters and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite past time is watching her girls participate in volleyball and cheerleading. Sharon is a member of First Baptist of Denton.

Nena grew up in a rural area close to Sherman and has lived in Denton for the last 11 years. She has been in property management for over 25 years has her real estate license and serves as property manager for SBP. Nena oversees the daily operations of the residential property side. Not only does she maintain a good relationship with the resident.s but also with the owner.s as well. Nena has one daughter and one granddaughter and they are both the best thing in her life. Norma was raised in California. She moved to Denton in 1993 and has worked for Scott Brown Properties for 8 years providing excellent customer service to current and prospective clients and customers. She helps a great deal around the office by assisting with the Real T Team, SBP Commercial, Residential, and maintenance. She loves all sports, but mostly baseball; her favorite team is the San Francisco Giants.
