We’re currently seeking motivated individuals who are ready to jump into the world of real estate and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an intern, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while learning the ins and outs of the industry. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Assisting prospective residents with finding their perfect rental home

• Running applications and following up with applicants

• Putting together move-in packets

• Answering calls and following up with email leads

• Scheduling tours for prospective residents

• And much more!

Our ideal candidate is someone that:

• Is in their Junior or Senior year of university

• Is interested in a career in the real estate industry

• Has, or is working to obtain, their Texas real estate license

• Has experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Has a positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic

• Would be interested in opportunities for growth at Scott Brown Commercial or Scott Brown Properties
